Personal Background

Billy Stiles comes to Coldwell Banker after retiring as a Sergeant in the NYPD in 2004. Prior to becoming an agent , Billy was a savvy NYC real estate investor who bought and sold numerous multifamily homes , co ops and condos starting in 1992. He has been a member of the International Sterling Society 2016 , 2017 ,2018 and the International Diamond Society 2019, 2020, 2022 and 2023. Billy has been married to his wife, attorney Molly Stiles for 24 years and has 2 children, Ella Rose and Sam. Sam graduated from The University of Miami and Ella from Northwest Catholic HS in May of 2024. Ella will be attending Wake Forest University in the fall. Billy prides himself on the relationships with his clients and strives to ensure that they are satisfied on every aspect of their real estate transactions. Billy is a member of the retired Sergeants Benevolent Association and his wife is a board member for The House of Bread, a charitable organization in Hartford.
